Sonoma launches SMASHMALLOW brand

Sonoma Brands, a one-of-a-kind consumer products incubator and venture fund, founded by Jon Sebastiani, announces today its launch of SMASHMALLOW, a delicious 'snackapade' that offers a "better-for-you" option to satisfy any sweet tooth on-the-go.

SMASHMALLOW is a premium 'snackable' marshmallow brand that will make its exclusive retail launch at Sprouts stores nationwide.

A broader West Coast launch in other retailers throughout the Pacific Northwest, Northern and Southern California is slated for November 2016.

Sonoma Brands launched in January 2016 as Sebastiani's next entrepreneurial endeavor following the acquisition of KRAVE Jerky by The Hershey Company.

With KRAVE, Sebastiani proved that he was able to take an unassuming food, such as jerky, and turn it into a relevant, trend-building success in the current environment of brand-driven, high quality consumer goods.

 His vision and winning formulas are the guiding lens through which SMASHMALLOW has been developed.  The simple marshmallow will never be the same and SMASHMALLOW has been created to redefine the sweet snack into a "better-for-you," reduced guilt option for consumers who care about their health and wellbeing.
