General Mills brand Totino launches two new snack products

Published 10 August 2016

General Mills brand Totino's has announced the launch of two new tasty products, Totino's Pizza Sticks and Totino's Stuffed Nachos, as part of an effort to give consumers bold and diverse flavors that fit into their busy, on-the-go lifestyles.

With the new flavor varieties, Totino's is not only tapping into Millennials' desire and craving for unique taste experiences, but their habit for replacing meals with snacks as well. Fans can expect to find both tasty offerings in retailers nationwide in August.

"We asked and our consumers told us they look for adventurous, new flavors from their favorite snacks that help them indulge in the things they love doing," said Brad Hiranaga, director of marketing at Totino's.

"Stuffed Nachos take the nacho experience to the next level. They come in tasty Mexican flavors that are perfect for snacking any time of day. Pizza Sticks are portable pizza snacks that help provide a delicious option for our consumers' fun, on-the-go lives."

Totino's Pizza Sticks are available in a unique stick form, perfect for on-the-go snacking. Pizza Sticks are ready in the microwave in 60 seconds and are available in pepperoni or cheese flavor with a delicious golden, soft crust. Built for convenience, Totino's Pizza Sticks are sealed within individually-wrapped microwavable portable pouches that allow for quick and easy, mess-free snacking. They are unapologetically fun and tasty!

Totino's Stuffed Nachos will launch again in August offering two new bold and tasty nacho flavors; Supreme with taco seasoned chicken and beef, red bell peppers and jalapenos, and Queso with cheese filing, onions and red bell peppers.

Totino's Stuffed Nachos have a unique triangular shape, crispy crust and bold, savory Mexican-inspired flavors for a fun snacking experience to satisfy your nacho craving without the mess.

Totino's began in 1951 when Rose and Jim Totino opened Totino's Restaurant in Northeast Minneapolis. The restaurant was such a success that in 1962, Totino's built a frozen pizza plant in Fridley, MN to support their fast growing retail business.
